Sound corporate culture and working environment
  • Executives and employees shall faithfully carry out their respective missions by sympathizing with the company's management philosophy and the goals and values pursued by the company.
  • Executives and employees create an organizational culture based on smooth communication and mutual trust between superiors and colleagues within the company.
  • Executives and employees shall perform their duties in a legitimate manner and comply with all relevant laws and company regulations related to their work.
  • Executives and employees shall not speak or act in a manner that contains social or cultural prejudice, such as sexual harassment or blasphemy against people with disabilities.
  • Executives and employees are prohibited from causing physical and mental pain to other colleagues by using their status or relationship superiority.
  • Executives and employees respect each other, keep their promises, do not engage in acts such as lies, making excuses, and monetary transactions.
Prohibition of conflict of interest
  • Executives and employees shall not engage in any act or relationship that conflicts with the interests of the company and individuals.
  • Executives and employees shall not engage in mediation, solicitation, etc. that impede the fair work performance of other colleagues for the benefit of themselves or others.
Obligation to protect assets and information
  • Executives and employees shall recognize the importance of all intellectual property, including information and trade secrets of the company recognized while performing their duties, record, manage, and maintain security in accordance with regulations.
  • Executives and employees shall not use the company's assets for personal purposes.
  • Executives and employees shall not provide or sell services such as maintenance or repair, etc. after receiving separate remuneration using the company's products or services.
Separation of public and private affairs, Prevention of Corruption
  • Executives and employees shall not accept money or other valuables from business partners or employees in relation to their duties
  • Executives and employees shall not provide congratulatory expenses, gifts, etc. beyond the scope recognized by social norms to stakeholders such as clients in relation to their duties.
  • Executives and employees shall not accept money or excessive gifts even from each other.
